International Sivananda School Certified .

Rudeyna “Rudy” Babouder-Matta was opened to yoga as a child, and since has nurtured an increasingly disciplined practice. She achieved certification from the International Sivananda School in Brazil, advanced her studies under the guidance of Sri Dharma Mittra for years and currently pursues a 500-hour Pranakriya professional certification. She has extensive training in other styles of yoga, and is also influenced by a multitude of energy and movement arts including Qi Gung, Alexander Technique, Capoeira and various dance and meditation forms.

Her classes emphasize flexibility, opening, strength, postural alignment, breath awareness, and relaxation. Benefits include stress-relief, detoxification, weight balance, healing of old injury and trauma, even distribution of muscle function, and much, much more. This practice invites us to explore the myths of the mind’s perceived limitations and our true potential. Whether a rigorous flow practice or meditative posture, in bringing attention into our body we build empowerment, energy and increased ability to create the life we want.
